VICHY AQUALIA THERMAL RICH CREAM

639515-vichy-aqualia-thermal-rich-cream-image-4-raw-72dpi

Vichy Thermal Water and Activ Hyaluronine™ are combined to provide skin with long-lasting moisture. This is not a night cream per se, but a very rich moisturizer that is suitable for those with dry to extremely dry skin. This product was previously reviewed on The Cambelles.

It is without a doubt a heavy product that doesn’t absorb quite as quickly, but if applied before sleep and left on through the night, results in very smooth, supple and baby soft skin.

The formulation is also suitable for those with sensitive skin as it has been allergy-tested under dermatological control and is paraben-free.

KIEHL’S OVER-NIGHT BIOLOGICAL PEEL

1ozBottle_Over-NightBiologicalPeel_lg

Unlike most of the masks and creams featured, Kiehl’s Over-Night Biological Peel is an exfoliating skincare product. Unlike chemical peels, biological peels stimulates the skin’s natural biological cell turnover process and are less harsh making it suitable for those with sensitive skin.

This gentle over-night blend includes HEPES (Hydroxyethylpiperazine Ethane Sulfonic Acid) and a high concentration of Sodium Hyaluronate, which has strong hydrating properties. As it is rather gentle, use religiously at least two to three times a week for best effect.

This product is perfect for ladies (and men) who wish to lessen the appearance of dark spots, acne scarring and other effects of sun damage on skin, and are hoping to even out skin tone while revealing softer, renewed skin. Oh yes, and it works to reduce pore size as well. The only downside is that this concoction has a strong smell (that borders a little on unpleasant as it is not scented) and works best on dry and patchy skin.
